Cancellation and Modification Policies

You have 7 days before your arrival to modify or cancel your reservation, the day of your arrival is not included in the 7 days. If you cancel your reservation in the 7 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged 3.5% of the total amount of your reservation, which is the commission that Clandestino Hotel is charged by the bank.

Cancellations must be made in writing to reservaciones@clandestinohotel.com.

If you do not cancel 7 days before your stay, as a penalty, the fee charged equivalent to one night, will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation and refund the refund times are as follows.

If the payment was made by credit card National 30 working days from the date of cancellation.

If the payment was made with an International credit card 60 working days from the date of cancellation.
