You have 7 days prior to your arrival date to modify or cancel your reservation. Please note that the arrival day itself is not included in the 7-day period. If you cancel your reservation within the 7 days before your arrival, a 3.5% fee will be charged based on the total amount of your reservation. This percentage corresponds to the bank commission charged to Clandestino Hotel.
If the cancellation is not made at least 7 days before your stay, the amount paid will not be refunded as a penalty.

By making a reservation, you expressly authorize us in writing to use your credit or debit card number to process your payment, and you confirm that you fully understand and accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as Clandestino Hotel’s privacy policy.
If the payment was made using a national (Mexican) credit card and a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 30 business days from the reservation date.
If the payment was made with a foreign credit card, the refund will be processed within 60 business days from the reservation date. In this case, the refund must be issued to a bank account, and you will need to provide the bank name and SWIFT code to ensure the transferred funds reach the correct recipient.
Additionally, in such cases, a 3.5% fee will be charged for card processing, along with an international wire transfer fee ranging from $30 to $50 USD, depending on the destination country, as determined by the bank.
